The Bereavement Ministry is dedicated to serving the church family of Saint John Vianney during the time families are dealing with the loss of a loved one. Liturgy, music, and food are areas of service. Vicki Leonards will be our first contact person in the event of a death in our parish. Vicki can be reached by phone at 337-513-2432. Vicki will meet with the family and Father John Payne to help coordinate the details and guide families through the funeral process. She will also communicate with Katy Tate, so that food arrangements can be made for the family.

We have seven groups of people who have volunteered to provide a meal for 15 to 20 people. A time period will be established for food to be delivered and someone should be at the designated place to receive the food at that time.
